the weekend so far:

i’m pretty sure today will be a repeat of yesterday, why mess with a good thing?
how was your weekend?

Agreed, if it’s working don’t mess with it.
I wanted to let you know I am really enjoying the writings of Mary Karr, she is a riot.
I wish you could drop by and play too, I’m getting tired and we are only on day two.

maybe that’s because it’s a window? if so, that’s darn clean table.
it is a table, one we found on the side of the road and now it’s jammed up against the windows because we have two big dining tables in our dining room
So, are you a fan of the oxford comma?
yup agreed dont mess with it when its good!
sounds like my dining room, I’ve got two tables in there as well!

oh, very nice!!
I’m all with sticking to what works and makes you happy! Plenty of strawberries are being consumes here too. I’ve started running. Completed my Couch 2 5K Week 2 Day 2 portion of the program yesterday. Started another test knit. Went mini golfing and played several games of Monopoly with the whole family. Weather was beautiful after the heat wave, which I know pales to your heat.
Our weekend was uneventful in either direction which was a really good thing. We found our rhythm and it was wonderful.

Sounds like a terrific plan, I would love a repeat of yesterday!! Hubs and son made a new swing for the front tree, we put the hammock up, and before we knew it, we had neighbors hanging out in the front yard, kids playing…it wasn’t too long before the wine and snacks came out. All this in 98 degree heat too, thank goodness for shady trees. My post is only about one part of the weekend though. My 10 yr. anniversary of being a mom is coming up. It brings more heartache than anything else. Hopefully I’ll get over that
.
Have a great week Amanda…
